What is the difference between Gigabyte and msi? I mean... the Gigabyte has a 6-pin connector and the msi doesn't have. The power consumption is the same... so why this difference? Is the GB card more stable or better in OC?

And last, can there be some compatibility problems with my old mobo and this card?
My spec:

    Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
    Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L
    Enermax PRO82 425W

Thanks

It means that the Gigabyte card has more overclocking potential as more power (an extra 75 watts) can be delivered to the card.
If your mobo has a PCIe x16 slot available, then it'll be fine.
