I Have recently recovered from an MBR error and installed Vista from scratch. On my Computer I have (C) drive which I am now in. (B) which is the secondary drive and (E) which used to be my primary (C) drive before the MBR. Drive (E) (which as I started used to be my primary drive) is full and I no longer need it as I have a new (C) drive and a backup one. My question is...how would I go along to delete this drive?

Well you could have sorted it from within the Windows Vista Setup process which has all the tools for deleting and creating partitions.
Within Windows, you need to be in Disk Management:

Control Panel (set to Icon view) >> Admin Tools >> Computer Management >> Disk Management
