HANNspree HF259H monitor screen flashing

I have a monitor that is a bit older. HANNspree HF259H. The monitor is making a strange sound and it keeps flashing on and off randomly and i cannot fix it. I know its the monitor for sure for several reasons. Is there any way i can fix this myself. Am i better off getting another monitor or sending it somewhere to get it repaired.

Could be the PSU in it died, and unless there is a cheap one on ebay, it will cost more to get repaired than to replace.
