Need double check on whether this medium budget build works

Hey, I'm building a medium/high-end desktop for my parents. Just wanted to check there's nothing glaringly wrong with this system, or if there are any suggestions for certain pieces. My budget is <$1k. My parents mostly just use it to watch videos online, web browsing, and writing documents in office.

Note the GPU is there because I need it to play a few low-end games from time to time (specifically, League of Legends). Not looking to overclock.

One thing I'm concerned about is the reviews for my case says I need an ATX PSU even though the case is microATX. I couldn't figure out whether my PSU is indeed ATX or not.

OS ($100): Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64bit, System Builder OEM DVD 1 Pack (New Packaging)

CPU ($185): Intel Core i5-4430 Quad-Core Desktop Processor 3.0 GHz 6 MB Cache LGA 1150 - BX80646I54430

Video Card ($78): EVGA GeForce GT 730 2GB GDDR5 64bit DVI/HDMI/VGA Low Profile Graphics Card 02G-P3-3733-KR

Case ($35): HEC 6K28BB8F Black 0.8mm SECC Steel MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case

Power Supply ($38): SeaSonic SS-300ET Bronze 300W ATX12V V2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply - OEM

This would be as good as it gets with 725 for the core parts.

The CPU I picked is much better than the 4430, but is only costs about $10 more, it's the sweet spot for value. You've got a good micro-atx motherboard and case for not much money, and 8gb of RAM; nobody needs 16gb of ram unless they are video/photo editing professionals. I picked a higher performing and much more reliable HDD for you, and it has a 5year warranty as well.

I got a fast entry-level GPU that should be all you need for your games, and it's just $100. I made sure you got a high-quality power supply so you shouldn't have any probs with power shut-off's, etc. I changed the monitor because you'll want an IPS monitor that does not use a technology called PWM (pulse width management), which causes flickering and eye strain. All for under $800. You have several options for cases so substitute to your heart's content, just make sure it supports front-end USB 3.0. Ask me if you have any q's :) Hope that helps.

I wouldn't bother with a GT730 when you can have almost the same performance from an iGPU on the A8-7600 with a lower implementation cost.
