When turning on my pc the resolution changes

So my pc is manually built and ever since last week when i would turn it on the resolution wouldnt change but everything on my windows 7 home screen would seem huge. Also going on a browser or playing video games would seem huge. It happens probably 50% of the time and im curious to whether its a driver problem with my video card. my monitor, or possibly something else. HELP PLS!

It sounds like a driver issue. I would go to the manufacturers site and re-download the drivers for your video card. Or pop in your cd if you still have it laying around.
