120Hz or IPS display for gaming (£150 Budget)

Hi, I am looking for a new monitor for my gaming PC, unfortunatley after scouring the internet I can't decide which would be better. A 120Hz Monitor or a IPS pannel display with a 5ms responce time, also I haven't been able to find a post anywhere with someone with a similar budget to me as most are in the US were prices are significantly lower.

The PC will have either a GTX 780, R9 290X or GTX 970 so it should be pushing over 60FPS in most games.

Any help would be appreciated

Get neither. Get a 1440p 27in 60Hz monitor instead. And just get the 970 - cheaper and better than the others - http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/nvidia-geforce-gtx-980-970-maxwell,3941-8.html
