hi I currently game on a Toshiba 32" lcd tv and it is good but the reponse time is okay but not good, can u please recommend a good 1ms 1920 x 1080p 27 " monitor or should I go with 1440p but that would be expensive please help?

Solution
At 27 inch or higher I would recommend 2560x1440.
Asus ROG PG278Q - TN panel, 120 Hz, g-sync, very good response times
Dell U2713HM or Asus PB278Q - IPS panel, 60 Hz, very good colour, very good viewing angles, IPS glow
BenQ BL3200PT - AMVA panel, 60 Hz, good colour, good viewing angles, very good black levels

Response time isn't that important. Panels with 8ms GtoG response aren't much different to 1ms if running 60 Hz. If image blur and input lag are your primary concern, choose a 120Hz TN panel. If colour is your primary concern, choose an IPS panel. If IPS glow bothers you but colour is still important, choose the AMVA.
