i5 third gen. vs i5 fourth gen.

i5 3470/3550/3570 vs i5 4430, which one to choose for Archicad and why?
I also have to buy new motherboard for chosen CPU

Probably either is fine. Archicad isn't likely to need a lot of multi-thread support and both generations of the i5 do equally well with single threaded performance. The newer generation probably supports some instructions not supported by earlier versions though so given the choice, always opt for the newer revision unless money is a barrier.
