Will this 120hz 4k TV work for my system???

Solution
Based on everything they're saying, it's really easy to tell.

1) It's a TV. That means the 120Hz isn't real, it's from interpolation... so yes, the panel has a 120Hz refresh rate, but it only accepts a 60Hz signal and then blurs the frames together to be "120Hz."

2) It's got a "Built-In 4k Upscaler." Just like above, note that it only uses a single HDMI 1.4 cable. So either it only can accept 4K, 30Hz (since HDMI 1.4 can't transmit enough bandwidth for 4k at 60Hz), or more likely, it only accepts 1080p, 60Hz, and then upscales it. (In fact, this is exactly the case if you look - it can only do 4k at 30Hz.)

Long and short of it is: It's going to have horrible color, issues with backlight bleeding, all the mess you get into...

I just want a 4k 120hz monitor WHY WORLD WHY! *cries himself to sleep*

How 'bout the fact that we literally three days ago got the very first graphics cards with HDMI 2.0 on them...

... which is a breakthrough because it's the first standard that has enough bandwidth for 2160p at 60Hz.

You can get a 1440p, G-sync, 144Hz, 8-bit monitor now. If you had told somebody a year ago to pick even two of those to get on a monitor, they would have been ecstatic. Getting that monitor was a huge breakthrough, one that people had been asking for for well over half a dozen years, if not more.

Think about the graphics solution to run 4k games at max at 60fps solidly. It doesn't exist. Three GTX 980s might be able to do it. Now imagine what it would take to double that.

I guess im pinned to that swift then lol

Not necessarily.

Just use a regular 1080p monitor for now, and then upgrade when a 4k monitor comes out with HDMI 2.0. It won't be long, now that graphics cards are supporting it. Yes, it'll only be 60Hz, but if you wait for 120Hz and 4k, it'll be a while. :p
