I have seen some Corsair Vengeance Pro Series RAM with 2 different speeds for a very similar price and was wondering what impact this will have on my new system. Here are the RAM details:

1) 8GB of 1600Mhz for £70.34
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMY8GX3M2A1600C9R-Venge...

2) 8GB of 2133Mhz for £72.72
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CMY8GX3M2B2133C9R-Venge...

The only limitation of the 2133Mhz version I can find is that it has a lower 'tested latency'. I guess my question is in terms of overclocking and gaming, how much better is the 2133Mhz version?

The system I plan to build can be found here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2306909/gaming-b...

The 2133/9 set would be far be the better of the two, to give a comparison (and keep in mind the lower the CL the better) the 2133/9 set is you wanted to run at 1600 should easily run at 1600 with a CL of 7 or possibly even less compared to the ( of the stock 1600/9 set

Data rate is much more important than latency.
