Max settings League of legends PC

Hi.
Im looking on making a budget pc around 300-400 Dlls.
I just need it to Run League of Legends on Higher settings with good fps so i can record and stream without problems.
This is What i Would get right now:
CPU AMD FX6300 Stock (Do not minding on do OC soon)
MOBO BIOSTAR TA970
Graphics PowerColor AMD Radeon R9 270
PSU Corsair GS600
Ram and HDD are from my old and current pc HyperX Fury Series 4GB 1600mhz 500gb seagate Sata and a SSD Crucial 128GB Crucial M550.

The thing about League of Legends is that your internet is more of an issue than your actual computer! It does not take much to run LoL at high settings so the build you got setup there is absolutely fine, just if you were streaming perhaps upgrading to a r8 280 or 270X might work a bit better than that r9 270 you listed there, apart from that, it really does not need overly much to run LoL at higher settings. Maybe if you can, upgrade the cpu to a AMD fx 8350, because streaming just needs an okay gpu but it needs a good cpu, as encoding is more cpu intensive. So for your benefit

ok i cab get a fx8320 and a hd7950 how would this help?
