Im looking to buy an SSD for my pc (finally...) and have no clue what to buy or what raid configuration to set it up in or even how to put it in that configuration. I'm not exactly up to date on the whole SSD thing haha so here are my system specs, any help is appreciated.
Win 7 64 bit
I7 2600k@3.4 OC'd to 4.3
Corsair H75 Liquid Cooler
GTX 680 2GB
WD 1 TB
Seagate 1 TB (that ive had for way too long)
Asus P8P67 Deluxe B3 MOBO
8gb of old ram (in the market for 16 gb of some good ram)
Ill be putting mostly games on the SSD like P3D V2 and Battlefield 3 and 4 and probably sony vegas pro too.

looking to get 120 gb ssd and i was looking at the samsung 830 120 gb ssd... seemed pretty good to me, not sure if there is something i would be better off going with instead though.
And while im here what are your guys thoughts on ram? I'm looking for 16gb of some pretty decent ram.
Im willing to spend up to $400 total for the ram and ssd
