Are these specs compatible with each other?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to build a budget gaming PC and I have a chosen some components that i want to use. I'm not all that familiar with building a PC so can you tell me if my components are compatible with each other and is it good enough for playing next-gen games?

Bad Power Supply. Go for an XFX power supply of around 650 watts.

I would also contact MSI to see if that board has BIOS version 3.5 or above pre-loaded on the board.

Would 650 watts be enough if i decided to install another graphics card?
