I have a 5-6 year old computer that in the past few months has been having a lot of problems. I'm trying to diagnose it, but the symptoms keep changing.

Specs:
Antec 900 Case
Intel Q6600 2.4
3GB DDR2 333mhz Ram
Geforce 9600 GT
Hard Drives:
SAMSUNG HD103SJ - 1TB <OS HD
Hitachi HDS722020ALA330 - 2TB
ST3000DM001-1CH166 - 3TB
2 17' Mointors

I started noticing the computer was running slow a few months ago. It was taking a long time to open any software, even opening new tabs in chrome took up to 30 seconds sometimes. Although this was slow, it never had a problem while playing games, so I ignored it for a bit. Also note I have re-installed windows since then. I don't believe its a software problem.

Few days ago I was multiboxing 5 wow accounts (which I've been doing for a few weeks now) and my right monitor started to toggle on/off. It was fine one minute then started to get no signal and went back and forth. 5 minutes later both monitors were doing the same thing. I closed the mutliboxing setup and it went back to normal. For the rest of the day when I tried to open any game on its own it happened to my right monitor. Without any games open it was running fine. The next day it was back to normal.

Today I was loading a game and every time I got logged in and got to the loading screen the computer locked up for 2-3 minutes. This caused my internet to disconnect and timed me out of the game. Currently I can login 1 account to ac2/wow and if I try more it will lock up and disconnect me.

my first thought was my graphics card or ram. I ran a memtest and all is fine with the ram. I am looking for a way to test the GPU if anyone knows any free software.

I have a lot of fans on my case and have recently cleaned them all, but just in case it is over heating I installed Speedfan to keep an eye on temperatures.

My last thought is the Power Supply. I've suspected it for a while now, but I'm also at a loss for how to test it. I've never had a power supply die. Could these be symptoms of a power supply failure?

Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated as I'm at a loss to the problem.
