This is my first build. I've been upgrading my PC's for years and tinkering, but this is my first build ever from scratch. I have a few concerns that my graphics card won't fit in my mid tower case or it won't work friendly with one another. I'm also concerned my liquid cooling system I'm looking at won't fit in the computer.

Will these components work? Am I missing anything?

Those will work, but I can make it even better. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/fKKwD3

With this new build, you get:
A cooler, more powerful, and more efficient GPU
A better and quieter CPU cooler (however if noise isn't any concern to you, check out the H105 from Corsair)
A more reliable PSU
Faster RAM
A faster and larger SSD
A better case. However if you want a mid-tower, consider the Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 as it is my favorite mid-tower.

I didn't include the optical drive or OS (not sure if you have the OS already).
