Should I upgrade my CPU or my GPU

Im getting Witcher 3 and I need to know which would be better to upgrade.

I have

and a Radeon 7800 series, I think its a 7870.

The FX6300 will bottleneck any better card. You need to buy a fx8320 or 50 and a 990fx mobo or an i5 and a H or Z97 mobo.

Then later you can buy a better card - if your psu is OK.

Depends on your budget. GTX660's go for about $175 now.

Im wanting to spend less than 250 dollars. I was also leaning towards getting a Nivida card for Physx and Nivida Hairworks. And I've just always heard that Nivida cards are better
