good evening I have a i5 4670, with a evga gtx 770 sc acx 2 gb on a asus z87 in a ntzx case with 8gb ram with a 650 watt psu with sad for windows 7 ultra and a 1tb strictly for games First excuse the grammar and sentence structure anyway I had two questions one most games I can play on ultra with no problems temp stays normal range however for games that aren't graphically demanding I.e naruto revolution I get a faint line when there's cut scenes almost like it's trying to interlace however when I play bf4 on ultra works flawless. Second everything is running stock is there any point to over lock either the gpu or the i5 what would be the benefits and or is there any reason two also the i5 is water cooled by cosair

Ha Your specs are almost the same as mine!
The faint line is called "screen tearing". V-sync fixes that, but I think it also caps your fps...
There isn't really any reason at all to overclock since you're just gaming and the GTX770sc can run pretty much everything at max settings over 60fps.
