Hi,
Now I am looking for a GPU for playing games at fair FPS for 1368x768 or 1024x768 resolution.
Right Now I have a Integrated Intel HD 2500 Overclocked at 1500MHz Using Intel's Extream Tuning utility.
So my Questions are:

1.I am able to play Black ops and mw3 at fair fps at low-med settings. If I increase the VRAM, Will there be any noticeable increase in gaming performance ?

2.Any GPU for gaming at 1024*768 or 1024*768 ?

Don't care about the System specs.
NOTE : Games needed to play are GTA IV (Don't care about CPU power), NFS MW2, SC: Black List, Crysis etc.
Suggest the FPS for the GPU that you plan to Suggest.
Not too Expensive. But keep in mind the resolutions. Don't suggest GTX 750Ti or R9 290X

Answer Both Questions. GPU Should be under 165 USD (10000) In india.

Get a cheap GTX 750 ti as you don't seem to have very high requirements and you haven't specified your system specs including the PSU.

mnineseven has suggested an excellent card for really good performance at those resolutions. You could probably even step down to a 750.
You asked not to suggest a 970, but for the $ it is the best bang for the buck out there. Why? Because when you upgrade your monitor or rebuild and upgrade the computer you will have a great card to start with. I certainly understand the money thing, but if it is possible to do I would give it some consideration.
