Hey guys,

I have a Cisco wifi router with model DPC 2325.

I wanted to change the wifi setting but I can't even access the residential gateway.

Can't get through the gateway http://192.168.0.1 it just loads for a long time but nothing happens. Connection is fine though.

Help me pls! :)

Hello Kimkirimkim!

May I ask how are you connected to the router? Via an Ethernet cable or through Wi-Fi?

Thanks!

Thanks for the information.

Is it possible for you to hold on the to "reset" button for 10 seconds, and make sure it reboots, and then attempt to connect to 192.168.0.1 once again?

Another question, did you purchase the router/modem or did it come with your ISP?

Thanks!

and I did not purchase it, it was given to me. Not sure if it came with my cous' ISP.

Well, that's really weird, since you're supposed to be able to connect to the router after resetting it.

I would contact the ISP and maybe get a free exchange from them. That's how my ISP would treat such cases.

Let me know what you think! :)
