Forum "Question" section on main page

Starting today, the "Queston" section will not stay displayed ; just an advertisement where it would normally be. The page numbers 1 , 2, 3 ,4 show up and clicking on one of them will bring up that page . Clicking on another one will sometimes open up that page or revert to having the Question section collapse.
Any changes made or what could be causing it on my end. Running XP w/SP3 and all updates. Works as it should on Win7 w/SP1 and all updates.

Tom's Hardware forums are hosted on Amazon's Cloud services which are undergoing maintenance this weekend. You can expect issues like this to continue off and on until Amazon resolves it's issues.
