Hey thanks for that, I like the small cpu upgrade and the better watercooler and gtx 970. Although I think I'll keep my platinum psu for future-proof, I know gold is really good too but I think I'll do much better with upgraded later and that extra 110 watts.

EDIT: I added my same psu, and a MSI Z97 Gaming mobo, and price is $1800. Thanks!

Well if you have the budget for it, then why not. You can use those extra power when going for a 2 way or 3 way SLI.
