will the nvidia gtx 970 support 1366 x 768 screen resolution ?if not suggest me cheapest monitor

The GTX 970 will support 1366X768 resolution. If you need more detail in the games(currentlt the resolution is 720p you can upgrade to 1080p)

One more cheaper one is available but it better to buy a Benq monitor than an Acer monitor.

Yes it will but for that low resolution monitor a mid range card is fine gtx 970 is overkill for 768p.

yes it will run without a problem and you will get over 100 fps in every game at your resolution but i hope you have a good processor because more the resolution the less the GPU gets bottlenecked by the CPU and vice verse.
