Questions about system cooling

So I am building a i7-479ok with a gtx 970 in a corsair 300r case with a hyper evo 212 in it. Now if I wanted to overclock my CPU to like 4.3 and overclock my GPU (don't know how high yet), would the air flow in the 300r and the hyper evo 212 be enough to keep everything cool?
