Hello!

I have had this gaming rig for a year, and I kind of am bored and want to do some upgrades. Here are the specs:
Intel 4930k ocd to 4 ghz
2X EVGA 4gb 770
Gigabyte ultra duradble up5 mobo
32 gb g-skill ripjaws 2133mhz
Corsair carbide 400r case
Asus 32" 2560x1440p display
Corsair 860 watt gold rated power supply

I was wondering if adding a new 770 to my rig will help it, or if it is just a waste of money. If it will improve 40+ frames, I will consider a new one, but if it's 15 frames, no way. Also, will I need to upgrade my psu and cooling fans?

Thanks!

First,860W is not enough for 3xGTX 770.
Second, you will have an airplane and something equivalent to Sahara in your case.
Third,it won't make a ground breaking difference,maybe something like ~15% improvment.
Fourth, how do you have an LGA1155 MoBo and an LGA2011 CPU?

"Fourth, how do you have an LGA1155 MoBo and an LGA2011 CPU?" This is the motherboard - GA-X79S-UP5. Which is part of the Gigabyte X79 ultra durable series with 2x copper PCB.

Three GTX 770's aren't worth it to be put short and simply, your power supply isn't sufficient either.
