Hi, this is my first time building my own pc hence i'd like to seek your opinions first before i proceed with the purchase. Please tell me if I should change or remove or add something to my build as I really need help.

Proc.: I5 4590
mobo: lga1150 Gigabyte GA-H97-Gaming 3
VGA: Palit Geforce GTX 750 Ti StormX Dual 2G GDDR5 128Bit
RAM: Gskill Ripjaws X 8GB 4gbx2 DDR3 1600 CL7 (F3-12800CL7D-8GBXM)
HDD: Western Digital WD Caviar Blue 1TB 64MB WD10EZEX
DVD: DVDrw Internal LG GH24NS95 24x DVD Writer
PSU: FSP Raider 650watts 80Plus SILVER Power Supply
Case: NZXT Phantom 410

I don't plan on overclocking. If you noticed, I didn't add any cooler in my build since I am unsure if I need one or the stock cooler will suffice. Please suggest one if I do need to buy a cooler. Also, for the DVD, should i get LG as stated above or DVDrw Internal HP DVD1265i 24X Multiformat DVD Writer (oem)? They have the same price. Also, I'm not sure if 550W PSU will suffice so i picked 650w. they have around 7-8$ difference between the 550W and 650W so I picked 650W.

Please recommend any change/remove/add parts for my build. I am planning to buy them this week so any input would be much appreciated. I'll be mainly using this for gaming although I haven't played any demanding games yet. I am also slightly on a budget so if the price for a certain thing is way higher then it has to have an appealing reason for me to get it.

Thanks!

Get a good 400-500 watt PSU from xfx , seasonic , rosewill capstone etc . gtx 750 ti with your system can run on a good 350 watt PSU easily.
get the i5 4690 instead.
And if you can increase your budget for 20$ more then you can get the r9 270 much better than gtx 750 ti you can play most of the games at ultra with r9 270 where as with gtx 750 ti you have to play games at medium settings .

in my place the price difference between the 750TI and r9 270 is around 50$ so I'm not sure if the extra performance is worth the 50$.

The extra performance is definitely worth the extra 50$ .

Plus you can always crossfire the r9 270 for better performance but gtx 750 ti is not SLI capable.

is MSI R9 270 Twin Frozer Gaming 2GD5 256bit good? that is the only available r9 270 in our place, and 10$ difference between r9 270 and r9 270x

r9 270x is 5to 7 % better than r9 270 so you have to decide what to get and for the MSI twin frozer its a good brand .
