Need feedback on my first build!

Hey, i'm soon going to buy my first build and would like to hear some feedback from you, to see if there is potential to change some things. Ok let's get started.

CPU: Intel i5 4690K
CPU cooler: noctua NH-D15
mobo: Asus maximus VI or VII formurla (I know hero is much cheaper but it's mainly for the aesthetics)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 2133mhz CL9
Graphics card: MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G
Storage: Samsung EVO 840 250gb
Case: NZXT H440
PSU: Corsair RM 850 (I think 850w is overkill for this build, right?)
