best SSD M5 Pro vs Intel 520

I can get the following and wanted to know what the best.
trying to avoid Evo 840 drive due to the problems they are having with old data over 4 week old

Plextor M5-PRO PX-256M5P 256GB SATA III Solid State Drive (SSD) $119
SanDisk Ultra II 240GB SATA III SSD SDSSDHII-240G-Q25 $119
Intel 520 Series 240GB $129 ( special normal price is $169)
ADATA Premier Pro SP900 256GB SSD $139
Crucial MX100 256GB SSD $139

Leaning for Intel 520 because it discounted and 5 year warranty
every day use + gaming
going to be put in a iMac for a friend

just found out that the Plextor also get 5 years

The Intel 520 would be my choice. Intel, Samsung and OCZ (Vector and Vertex. Newer models) are at the top of most lists for reliability and performance. The Samsung firmware patch is being released on the 15th though so I really wouldn't let that sway my purchase, at least not too much. I'd still probably go with an Intel 520 or 530 though.
