Im about to order these componentrs but I need to make sure the memory will run with the m/board..cheers.

Looks good. No conflicts.

The 212 EVO will be fine as long as your case has the height for it. The cooler measures 159mm tall from the CPU. The 212 EVO comes with mounting apparatus for just about all modern sockets, including the LGA 1150.

AS5 is some of the best TIM you can buy. But keep in mind that because it contains silver, it is highly conductive electrically. Keep it away from pins, socket, motherboard, etc. I switched to MX-4 just for that reason: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
For my usage, I don't notice any difference in temps from AS5.
