Are these good specs for the games I would like to play? I don't know much about computers and the last time I tried to buy one I ended up getting scammed so I'm a little cautious.
If I could get some help I would be very grateful.?

Decent build.
Only thing I would think about changing would be the video card; A new GTX970 will perform a bit better then the 770 and use less power. Only a tad more expensive.
How much do they want too charge you; parts, labor, install OS and get it running.

It would cost £1165.20 with labour and everything though I was thinking about only buying the parts and building it myself.

You can track down your parts using pc partpicker:
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/
Just make certain that in the upper right corner of the opening page 'United Kingdom' is selected.
Amazon is a good place also:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/
Tracking down the prices is a good idea, even if you decide NOT to build it yourself: You will be able to see if your local shop is being fair and honest with their price quote. Do keep in mind they need to make a profit from their labor AND ordering, purchasing, and reselling the parts to you, so there should be some up-tick in the price they charge.
Their quote does seem a bit high (That's about $1889 USD) but it might be worth not having the stress of product warranties, having to troubleshoot your own problems, and the plus of being able to take it into a local shop if something does go wrong.
Many tutorials on how to build a PC, from complex to easy. MaximumPC magazine (www.maximumpc.com) has many and here's a good one from Tom's:

Thanks for the help, I just finally wanted to know if this PC would be able to play the games I want. (Basically all new games and newer upcoming ones within the new gaming generation on high and ultra graphics)

You are very welcome.

Probably be fine for what you want to do. Always hard to predict frame rate until it is actually built and you see how it runs. Only problem I see is your PSU is below the recommended minimum per Nvidia: PSU is not a place to go cheap. You would be better off to buy 2 sticks of 4GB RAM (so you can still run in dual channel mode) and put the saving towards a bit more powerful PSU, say 500-600Watts. The Corsair VS series would be fine.

That's just what someone else told me, they said to downgrade to a blue drive, would you recommend this?
