I've recently decided to move off consoles and become a PC gamer. I was looking for a pc which can play the newest and upcoming games (like AC Unity) on high or ultra graphics. I have been given a quote by a local business who have offered to build it for me.
Specs

Case

BitFenix Colossus Big-Tower Venom GREEN LED - black Window (White or Black)

Power Supply

Be Quiet! BN211 Power Zone Power Supply (750 Watts) 80 Plus

Processor

Intel 4th Generation Core i5 (4690K) 3.5GHz Quad Core Proces

Cooling

Cooler Master Seidon 120V Closed Loop Liquid Cooling System

Motherboard

Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 3 Motherboard Full Size ATX 1150

SSD

Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD 2.5"

Hard drive

Western Digital Black 1TB (7200rpm)

Memory

Kingston HyperX FURY Blue 16GB Memory Module 1600MHz DDR3

Graphics Card

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 Overclocked with WINDFORCE 2GB

WiFi Card

TP-Link 300Mbps Wireless N PCI Express Adaptor

Optical drive

LiteOn DVD±RW

Operating System

Win 8.1 x64 Eng Intl 1pk DSP OEI DVD

Warranty

1 Year Return to Base

Are these good specs for the games I would like to play? I don't know much about computers and the last time I tried to buy one I ended up getting scammed so I'm a little cautious.
If I could get some help I would be very grateful.?

Decent build.
Only thing I would think about changing would be the video card; A new GTX970 will perform a bit better then the 770 and use less power. Only a tad more expensive.
How much do they want too charge you; parts, labor, install OS and get it running.

It would cost £1165.20 with labour and everything though I was thinking about only buying the parts and building it myself.

You can track down your parts using pc partpicker:
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/
Just make certain that in the upper right corner of the opening page 'United Kingdom' is selected.
Amazon is a good place also:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/
Tracking down the prices is a good idea, even if you decide NOT to build it yourself: You will be able to see if your local shop is being fair and honest with their price quote. Do keep in mind they need to make a profit from their labor AND ordering, purchasing, and reselling the parts to you, so there should be some up-tick in the price they charge.
Their quote does seem a bit high (That's about $1889 USD) but it might be worth not having the stress of product warranties, having to troubleshoot your own problems, and the plus of being able to take it into a local shop if something does go wrong.
Many tutorials on how to build a PC, from complex to easy. MaximumPC magazine (www.maximumpc.com) has many and here's a good one from Tom's:

I'm mainly worried that I'm going to build this computer then find it doesn't play the things I want it to play

Thanks for the help, I just finally wanted to know if this PC would be able to play the games I want. (Basically all new games and newer upcoming ones within the new gaming generation on high and ultra graphics)
