Hey guys, I'm just looking for feedback on my build and wondering if people could give me advice to get different parts or performance. I will be gaming a little bit (mine craft, and maybe some fps games), i will be also editing video game videos. I also won't be using like a hardcore workstation pc, it will be my everyday computer too. Here is the parts in my build.

CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler

Motherboard: Asus Z87-Pro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

Memory/Ram: Corsair Vengeance Pro 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory

Storage: Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card

Case: Cooler Master HAF XM (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case

Power supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

I plan to make upgrades in the future and maybe do some over clocking. My budget right now is 1600$

You can save some money by grabbing some 1600Mhz ram and uping the clock in the BIOS very easily with the click of like two buttons. Also Asus makes good Mobo's I personally Think ASRock makes better mobo's and they dont cost a ton of Money. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157528.

Also if you are editing get more RAM.

And idk if this Power Supply is cheaper or not but SeaSonic makes some of the best PSU's out there. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151107&cm_re=SEASONIC_750w-_-17-151-107-_-Product

Thanks for the advice, with the AS rock Mobo will it be able to handle a higher grade graphics card? Because i plan to upgrade in the future.

Her is the updated part list http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qzzBFT

Yes. a Z97 ASRock mobo will handle just about anything you throw at it.

I am wondering why you wouldn't want the anniversary? a Mobo doesn't really effect performance all that much, other than adding cool features that 90% of people don't use.

The only thing is important is enough HDD expansion, PCI-e Slots, How much RAM it can take and Gold Capacitors is a nice touch. Other than that just making sure you have the most recent Chipset is important for longevity, not exactly for function in most cases.

However i completely agree with the 4790k. If you are gonna get an i7 then get the 4790k

There is a difference between going cheap and inexpensive. ASRock is anything but cheap, but it is inexpensive. ASRock is very good at giving you the Overclocking features you want from the big boys but without all the extra fluff a normal Power user wouldn't need.

I honestly can't recommend ASRock when it comes to mobo's enough. Just like I can't recommend EVGA enough for GPU's, or, CORSAIR, and/or, SeaSonic when it comes to PSU's, NZXT, CORSAIR, or, ThermalTake for cases.

Or Corsair, Logitech, and, ThermalTake for peripherals.

Asus, QNIX, XStar, or, BenQ when it comes to monitors

That was a little bit of a rant, I was just trying to show I try to be very careful about what I recommend.

Quality > Price

Price != Quality
