You may install driver for amd video card from support sony official website. you may want to install the latest drivers for your video card. here is the process
right click on my computer click on Manage
then on the left panel click on Device Manager
see Display adapters(on the right side)
uninstall the ati HD 5470 drivers. confirm it.
now you dont have any drivers for your video card
Click on "action" tab and select "add legacy hardware"
install any intel driver from the list by choosing display adapters
Now go to amd website and download "automatic driver install for your ati video card"
install it and it will automatically detect your graphic card and install the drivers for "hd 5xxx" series.
reboot pc and your done. you may unistall the intel graphics drivers which you installed from manage in "my computer" ..Enjoy.
