The Intel Processors are very expensive compared to AMD ones. The both have the Same GHz or some times AMD ones have Higher clock speed. AMD adds more cores too. More cache etc. Still An Intel's processors give more performance than AMD.
1. Why ?
2. Why AMD is affordable ?
3. Why AMD require more power than Intel ?
4. If AMD CPUs are properly cooled, will there be any performance increase? (Efficiency)
5. What processor should be equivalant to a i7 (With OC & Without OC)
appreciate proper answers.

1: Processor Speed is really a measure of how many cycles of work a processor can do each second. What isn't listed is, on average, how much work each CPU can do per cycle. And that's where Intel's primary advantage is: Their chips tend to do more work per cycle, and thus, end up being faster even at a slower absolute speed.

2: AMD is more affordable since most of their chips tend to compete against Intel's lower-tier offerings.

3: Intel has spent a lot of time and money developing ways to disable parts of the chip when it isn't being used. While AMD has a lot of the same tech, Intel is ahead in that area. intel also tends to be more aggressive using smaller processor nodes, which also decreases power draw per transistor.

4: No. In theory, better cooling would allow you to OC higher, but more cooling by itself won't increase performance.

5: The only chips AMD has that compete against the i7 line are the FX-8000 series. The FX-6000 series competes against i5's, the FX-4000 series competes against i3's, and their APU lineup is really meant for use in all-in-one solutions, rather then as a dedicated CPU.

gamerk the FX6300 has similar performance to a i3-4150 so I definitely think that some FX-6000's even have competition between both the i5's and the i3's. If you are going to be web surfing, word docs, emails and gaming. Go intel. If you are going to be rendering and gaming go with an FX. Usually If you have about $100-$120 a CPU there are two options. The 4150 or the 6300. If you have about a $60-$80 budget go with a G3258, 750k, 760k, or FX-4300. Then at about the $150 range go with the 8320. Then $200+ go i5 and i7's. I personally think that AMD has no competition with Intel with higher budgets...
