My CPU is FX 4100, my GPU is AMD HD7870 2GB and I have 16GB RAM. Would this be good enough to run Shadow of Mordor on medium settings with good fps?

Solution
Yes, it will unless you are going to be playing at 1440 or 2160p, It should push near ultra settings with more than 30 fps for sure.

You'll need to keep the textures at medium though!
If you need more frames per second, begin by dumbing down the shadows and ambient occlusion.
You should be fine with high settings anyways.

This is a different type of an RPG. You can compare this to Assassin's creed/GTA/Skyrim and the lot. And that means, 30 FPS should be enough(curent gen consoles also give 30 fps). I won't say anything like it'll look cinematic, because that is just bs. Personally, I would reduce the graphics to get atleast 45 FPS constant.
