It's a very good looking setup. However, since you are getting the "k" model cpu which unlocks for overclocking I would recommend getting a good aftermarket cooler like the hyper evo 212 if it fits your case for when you do plan to oc if ever.

I've included the Noctua Air Cooler which does fit your case but unfortunately according to pc partpicker the evo does not.

I've changed the ram here as well as this pair for about the same price has better (tighter/faster) timings with a lower cas latency of only 8 vs the cas 10 one's you selected:
