shipping graphics card from amazon

Guys i'm from the Philippines. Does amazon ship computer parts here? Also is it safe to ship from amazon?

I want to buy a Gigabyte Gtx 970 G1 Gaming from amazon because it isn't available here in the Philippines.

Amazon does in fact ship to the Philippines.

Amazon is probably the most reputable website to buy just about anything. I bought almost all of my computer parts from Amazon, and I would again.

You will have to wait a while for it to get there. Amazon has still yet to get any of these cards in stock, while Newegg has stocked about 20 times already.
This really makes Amazon look bad.
Even the cards that are in stock are around 500 dollars and estimate a month to ship USA.
