What is the best GPU I can use on this PSU?

I have this system

CPU:Intel Core i3 3220 @ 3.3GHz
RAM:8GB DDR3 1600mhz Single Channel
GPU:nVidia Geforce GT 640 2GB DDR3
HDD:1TB 7200rpm
Motherboard:Asrock B75M-DGS LGA 1555 Intel Socket
PSU:FSP Hexa 500W

I'm not very sure what GPU can I install on this PSU:

Nvidia : gtx 980, gtx 970 , gtx 760 , gtx 750 ti and below.

AMD : R7 250x, R7 260x,R7 265, R9 270, R9 270x.

But remember i am just giving the GPU list depending on the PSU wattage and not the quality(Not familiar with the brand).

I checkd the wattage too but I'm more conecrned about the connectors and AMPs on the 12V rail. Are they enough?

your PSU has a max of 34 amps so it should be fine for the given PSU.
