best low end graphics card

hi guy s i am looking to buy a low end graphics card (<$130) which is the best card for that price range. i will use it for gaming. my monitor resolution is 1600 X 900
my specs
processor: intel i5 2400
mobo: intel dh67vr
Ram: 2X4gb 1333 MHz each
Current Gapics card: gainward gt 430

The best cards at < $130 are the [R7 260X 2GB Sapphire Core Edition at $104.99/$114.99 and the GTX 750 2GB FTW ACX EVGA at $129.99/$149.99, a few more bucks.

The GTX 750 is an amazing vcard, it gives you Medium-High Settings squeezing 55W on "Shadow of Mordor", and I can tell you 'cause i have the "Ti" version running on my rig right now (see my PCs specs below).
