If you are willing to spend 300-400 then the gtx 970 s your best choice :) it's way more powerful and uses less power than all graphic cards in the same level of performance

300W cannot run a 970 nor can it run a 760. You would want to upgrade your psu to a proper 550-600W power supply :) for the 970 or for a 450-500 for the 760.

I'd recommend corsair, seasonic and antec for a psu. And the graphic cards are just about personal opinion. Some have good history with warranty like evga as they great. I had a zotac before and now i have evga. I had oother older brands. I do recommend evga over zotac though and the superclocked one is great. But if you like the zotac design which i totaly agree on i'd go with zotac. In short, it's your own personal liking :)

Much rather performance over look seeing as it will be inside my chasis away from anybodies eyes anyway, so which out of these 3 would be best, its all mumbo jumbo to me, might aswell be chinese to me, cheers.

Edit: Or would it be best to go after a 600W such as:

For the 550 I'd go with the Antec 550W Gold
And for the 600 I'd go with the Silverstone Strider Plus.

If you care about cable management go with the silverstone as it's modular. Both will do the job for the 970 :)
