Can i Upgare my PC ?

Hi i have an
Motherboard: Fujitsu Siemens: MS-7379VP
Chipset: Intel P35/G33/G31
PCU: Intel core 2 Q6600 quad core 2,4 ghz.
RAM: 4GB DDR2

and i've got "gembird powersupply"
heres specs:



and im here to ask, could i install this GPU in my computer without "destroying it"

The one "The Gigabyte GeForce GT 610, 1GB DDR3" http://www.gigabyte.lt/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4... and if it will not gonna help could someone suggest somekind GPU witch would fit me and had an directx 11.

Never heard of that power supply, can you post the model? What do you plan to do with your pc? What is your budget?

Well here it is http://gmb.nl/item.aspx?id=2903 and my budget is from 100 to 200 bucks (want a cheap one that could replace my old "Geforce 9500 GS" that will have dx11)

I'd really not trust my system to that psu, for $200 you can get another psu and a decent gpu:
