My parents home computer just died on them and they're in the market for a new one, they need something just for ever day internet browsing, check e-mails, pay bills, listen to music and such.

I thought it would be best to spend $350 at a big box retailed on an everyday computer, but after looking into them, they are all build in one piece, where the motherboard and psu cant be removed, and no room to add ram, so if something dies, the whole computer goes to waste, and it doesnt seem worth it.

So im here asking your advice, if anyone knows a good budget build I can make, looking to spend around $350, they have a monitor, and keyboard/mouse, they just need the desktop

Any build suggestions?

Going to most likely be ordering on newegg.ca since im Canadian, or canadacomputers.com!

But at that price it does not include a copy of Windows

Wow that really looks like a good build for the price, and I may be able salvage the optical driver from an old computer but thats still looking pretty cheap for what you get

You mention that your existing PC died. Is there case, RAM, HDD, ODD, or OS that could be salvaged also?
