Good choice of motherboard for the price. That board will hold both graphics card and a network card.

I'd save up $16 (over budget cost) more and get this one instead -

Do you have any insight as to if the 750TI will bottleneck the i3 for world of warcraft?

That CPU/GPU combo will not be bottlenecked, only unless currently your CPU is throttling at 100% Usage whilst playing that game.
