Best monitor for graphic design & games for up to $700?

Here is what I want:

1440p+
60hz+
IPS
27" or 28"

My fav too, its not IPS btw, PLS. ROG Swift is the next step, or a Dell IPS panel, but I'd rather get the Asus

The ROG Swift uses a TN Panel, which are very fast, but they lack correct color reproduction. The Dell U2713HM has an IPS, but the Asus PB278Q has just as good of color reproduction using a PLS Panel, as well as, it's cheaper. I recently found this article that explains the differences between these panels and suggests some of the best monitor options for graphic design.

Also, do you guess think that I would be fine using an PLS Panel for Gaming? Or should I get a monitor with a faster TN Panel?
