Will my 520w NeoEco psu be powerful enough to run a R9 270X toxic with my current setup?

Hi all, I'm wanting to upgrade my crappy MSI Radeon HD7750 1GB OC edition to a Sapphire R9 270x Toxic, as the 7750 really struggles when trying to game @ 1920x1080 even with all the eye candy turned down.

So I was wondering if my 520w Antec NeoEco would be able to power the R9 270x toxic & the rest of my rig?

I am currently running:
CPU: AMD FX-6300 (running @ stock)
CPU cooler: CM Hyper TX3 evo
MOBO: AsRock 980DE3/U3S3
RAM: 16GB kit (2x8GB) @ 1866Mhz Kingston Hyper X Fury
SSD: 240GB Kingston Hyper X
HDD: 2TB Seagate SSHD & 1TB WD Green
Optical: LG DVD Burner
Case: Antec GX-700 with 2x 140mm & 4x 120mm fans
PSU: Antec NeoEco 520w (80+ bronze)

*Note* I am only a pensioner & my cash situation won't allow me to fork out for an expensive new PSU ATM so any suggestions on lower power consuming cards with similar performance to the 270x would also be appreciated
