Quick Help please,Adjusting Chassis fans?

Hey, So i bought these 2 corsair fans that go on the side panel of my tower, and they fit perfectly and everything, but where do i go to adjust and play with them? i have a asus MB. Does anyone know? if they are now recognised and automatically labeled in bios? or what? they are running, but i kinda wanna turn them up high and see how silent they are. Any tips or help please?

They i believe are the Corsair Sp120's. And they do ok. But cannot find a way to turn them up to a higher setting and check out noise levels and such. meh its not a big thing, just curious
