I'm building a new pc and i set a price point of $1000 - $1100. Will this build work? And will i also need to buy extra SATA cables?

Your card wont fit in that case. I would advise you to change your case preferably to a more known and reliable brand. from past experience i have learnt that buying products from the best brands is always the way to go forward. If you find having a red and black tower so important look at the HZXT h440 case, very good tower building company and its a smart design with good features

Edit: Also the case has a huge AMD logo on it yet you plan on running and intel mobo/cpu in it :) change the case everything is really good for your build
