Looking to upgrade from a NVIDIA GeForce GT640

I've recently upgraded my motherboard and processor and invested in and SSD, I'm now looking at a graphics card upgrade as I think it might be pulling me down, or will at least boost my rig. I currently have a NVIDIA GeForce GT640 graphics card, an AMD FX-8350 cpu and 8Gb of RAM.

My questions to the gurus are:
1. Is my graphics card holding me back?
2. What is a reasonably priced upgrade?
3. What is a large upgrade that will still work with my setup?

Thanks :D

1. Do you game? What do you use the card for?

2. What is your budget?

3. Any graphics card should work if your PSU is big enough.

What is your motherboard and PSU. Please list the exact name and model of each or provide links.

I game frequently, mostly League of Legends, but I like to get new games like Shadow of Mordor and want them to run well. My budget could stretch to £200, but ideally a bit cheaper. My motherboard is an ASUS M5A97 and my psu is a Corsair CX430.

A GPU upgrade would be very beneficial, but you would need to upgrade your PSU for anything high-end. The best you can do with that PSU is probably a 750 Ti.
