Case: Cooler Master Elite 110
Motherboard: MSI H81I Mini ITX
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 (AMAZING FOR GAMING)
GPU: EVGA GTX 650 Ti Superclocked (2GB GDDR5 RAM)
PSU: 400 watt (using one i already have im not sure of the brand but it works fine with GTX 650 Ti and Amd fx 4130 on my current rig)
8 GB of GDDR3 RAM (im pretty sure its 1600
Hard Drive: 1 TB Sata (just using the one from my current rig because its got all my stuff and my windows installation on it.)

Should be fine. See here for more info:

If you intend to have both SteamOS and Windows on the same rig, you need to proceed with caution as the normal installation process will (from the link above):

"WARNING: Both installation methods will erase all content on the target computer"

If you desire a dual boot, SteamOS/Windows rig, see here:

Thanks so much. This is very helpful. A few questions more though.

1. How do i know if i have UEFI on my Motherboard (or where ever that is)
2. Where are my USB ports besides the two on the front of the case that are built in? Are there more on the motherboard?
3. Will i need to supply any more cooling than the fan already included on the front of that case?

Thanks. Hopefully you can help me with these. Im really good with computers but ive never really built one from the ground up so this is my first build. All ive ever really done is installed a new GPU on my current rig. But ive seen videos and it seems pretty straight forward.

Note - you may have to reinstall the OS and applications. Going to a new CPU/motherboard works only 'sometimes' with the old install.
There is no yes or no 'always' answer. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
