I have my PC's power cables underneath my computer, and I kicked the power cable on accident, and it jiggled the cable shutting off the power. It didn't sound good... When I tried starting it back up, I can hear the computer booting up,I can see it fully going through everything. GPU and CPU fans are on, and all the lights are on, but nothing comes up on the monitor. There is an error code 53 on the motherboard, which is a RAM issue. I smelled a slight burned smell when it started up (only when I put my nose close). What is most likely fried? What are trouble shooting steps I can do on my own (without another computer to test on) to try to narrow down what needs to be replaced?

If you think it is a RAM issue, try booting with just one stick. Try each slot. Then try the other stick too, especially if you cannot boot still.
