I installed 2x4GB Corsair Vengeance RAM on my PC. It should run @1600 MHz, but when I opened my BIOS, it says it runs at 1333...
MoBo: Gigabyte P55-US3L.

P.S. In addition, when I go to CanYouRunIt it says I have 4.1 GB of memory, while I actually have 8. Both the BIOS and the Windows detect all of the 8 GB. Any suggestions why this happens?

1333MHz is the MB default. You probably need to boot into BIOS and set it all up correctly, especially the memory timings and speed. Start with setting optimized defaults then the rest including the memory.

Download CPUZ and see what it says. It's a good free app that will give you lot's of good info about your comp.
