I got a 4790k, R9 290 (and might even add a 2nd 290 now that they're $299) amd am sick of single 1080p
my room looks like this:

Gross right? I want a balanced monitor setup already, I can only game on one monitor at a time, just a waste of real estate... I want to have a with a 3+1tv configuration, with the 3 monitors on the bottom, and the TV still above them.
AMD's drivers now support Mixed Eyfinity and I was thinking of a 1080p-1440p-1080p configuration

Could I use 2 of these on the sides:

With this in the center:

Would this work?
So I could game in 1080p across all 3 27" panels, or 1440p on the single center monitor?
I want higher resoltions, but also the option for 1080p

Or should I just wait for 4k? I honestly cannot stand having a 23" 1080p monitor, a 20" 900p monitor, and the TV above me for much longer. VERY awkward interface, but I want multiple monitors still

also, how could I connect all 4 of these?
TV: hdmi-hdmi
1080p monitors: dvi-dvi
1440p: DVI-Display Port
Would that work (all 4 connections on my 290) and would i HAVE to get an active DP cable? R9 series, idk if it needs that or not.
